Contract Description

Construction of a single storey Health Centre of irregular plan shape overall dimensions 34metres x 18metres x 5.50metres high. The construction is timber frame with roughcast blockwork cladding and a trussed timber roof with concrete tile covering. Internal services include low pressure hot water and heating off an oil fired boiler, electrical installation, fire alarms and emergency lighting. Ancillary works include external services, drainage, roads, fences and car park work.
