We are approved agents for the high quality Sarnafil roofing - a system used for flat or sloping roofs. We have carried out large projects, such as many Shetland schools, as well as minor work for individual house properties. The system carries a minimum 10 year guarantee and our operatives have been trained by Sarnafil to carry out the work.
  

We are also available for slate, concrete tiling and ultratile lightweight proprietary system (see the roofing section of the Lerwick Building Centre's webpages).
  

Our staff and labour force have experience in both new roofs and refurbishment of existing roofs.

1. Guarantee
   We provide a guarantee for 10 or 15 years, covering both the Sarnafil membrane and Sarnafil ancillary products used within the installation. Ask your installer about an additional Independent Insurance Backed Guarantee which can provide you with deposit cover and post completion insolvency cover for 10 years.

 

2. Quality Installation
   Sarnafil Roof Assured products are only supplied to Registered Installers to help you get the best possible roofing solution. Sarnafil Roof Assured Installers are trained at Sarnafil’s Training & Assessment centre, in Norwich, and each trained fitter is issued with an identity card carrying their photograph, qualification level and expiry date.

 

3. Aesthetically Pleasing
   With a range of colours, aesthetic profiles and complementary edge trims, we can provide a solution that is sympathetic to your property. We can simulate a traditional lead or copper appearance, and we can also help you benefit from a roof terrace or garden roof.

   Our membranes are manufactured in Switzerland to ISO14001, the international environmental production standard. This ensures that Sarnafil membranes have minimal impact on the environment All our membranes are recyclable and each new m2 contains a percentage of recycled membrane.
