Contract Description

External and internal alterations and renovations to an existing two storey building and the design and construction of a new three storey extension linking together to create new premises. The works to the existing building involved a complete renovation. The new extension is 19.15 x 18.45 x 11.30m high. The construction is rendered cavity concrete blockwork external walls with reinforced concrete floors and foundations and a corrugated metal sheet pitched roof, the external doors and windows are redwood. The heating system is waste to energy hot water. Ancillary works include a 59 space car parking area, external services, drainage and external works.
