Type of work: Construction of two new buildings on the college campus. The first building was Port Arthur House which provides 25 study bedrooms and communal facilities on two storeys. The second building was John Goodlad Centre, a two storey fisheries science learning resource centre. The centre contains classrooms, teaching laboratories and houses a new library with mezzanine study area.
