Contract Description

The works comprise the design and construction of a new three-storey office block. The building is of steel frame construction with a fire-enclosed lift/stair. The total gross floor is approximately 855m2. Ground floor accommodation comprises of an entrance foyer, admin and office area, male wc, female wc, unisex wc, stores, interview room and a meeting room. First floor accommodation comprises of an admin and office area, male wc, female wc, unisex wc, stores, interview room and meeting room. The second floor is identical to the first floor.
