We can carry out a wide range of services from site appraisal to completion. For each project we identify the services specific to that project to ensure we meet our clients requirements.

The typical service would include the following:

Stage 1 (Design)

• Carry out site appraisal.
• Advise on and develop your brief.
• Prepare outline sketch proposals.
• Prepare budget cost check.
• Consult with statutory and other bodies.
• Advise on the appointment of consultants' and / or specialists if required.

Stage 2 (Design)

• Finalise design and specification.
• Co-ordinate with consultants' and or specialists.
• Submit planning application.
• Submit building warrant application.
• Advise on construction programme.
• Confirm design, specification and construction cost and furnish you with an offer to build.

Stage 3 (Build)

• Prepare construction drawings.
• Project planning.
• Carry out operations on site.
• Completion and handover of key.
